i could have saved it for a wednesday

post grist is still slim
 so
i went into the photo library
buildings
its a large file
surely there's something

oh
 remember that afternoon
the bright no clouds strong sun sky?
but
 that building
behind
 the wonderful old building
 is
distracting
it has to go

things were going well
 i was cloning
 out
the intrusive tower
 when
 as
 no one
 should be surprised
 things
went
 awry

but
wait!

 among those textures
 lisa
 sent
 there were clouds!

voila

not only clouds
 but a post

i am pretty sneaky

  2. Nicely done Daryl. I'm always using photoshop to adjust (especially before I send the images into stock agencies) but taking out whole structures can be tricky. I think you did a very good job there.

  4. That you are Daryl :) Sweet little water tower sitting up there getting no attention because of the 'clouds that weren't' there to start with and are there now, but aren't really, catch my drift :)

  5. I like the first image the best because of the juxtaposition of the old buildings with the new rising in the background. And the water tower provides a nice historical touch.

  8. Cloning is so tricky, isn't it? Thank goodness we can duplicate photos and play around without spoiling the original.
