Great shot.. light and shadows... lines and texture.
Agreed. Love the lines in this shot.
wow! fabulous composition!
Fire escapes are almost my favorite subject when I am in NYC. Love 'em.
...and what, «Louis» would like to know, was 'dedelstein' doing climbing around on the top of the fire escape to make an inscription on the ornamental moulding?
What a wonderful Shadow Shot this would be.
There's many a theatre I snuck into thru the back when I was a 'ute.'
Love this shot;) Love it!
all the lines!and angles!and shadows!I'm in heaven with this shot
Very cool! Love the lines and shadows.
I love the shadows it creates!
Even before I had scrolled down enough to see your words, I knew it was a theater fire escape. Odd. I guess most have the same configuration.Fire escapes are not my favorite things to be on - fear of open heights - but they make great photos.
That reminds me of a prison. Love the shadows.
I always like the way back of buildings look for some reason. The back of my house and my barn look better to me. Nice capture.<><
I love stairs and fire escapes and I love photographing them. These are very photogenic...great job!
Didn't realize you'd been taking lessons from Banksy, I thought you were just a fan. ;) Nice tag!Nice shot too. I can't work out if this is a fire escape or just a balcony... balconies. I'm guessing the former, but I've never seen one quite like it.
That's a neat shot. Ends up looking almost like a rendering.
Very geometrically appealing!
Never thought a fire escape could be so interesting. This could be a work of art. Thanks!
Absolutely love all those lines!
Ohhhh! LOVE this!
I want to run a stick across all those rails!
I did a post about the Beacon Theatre also, cause I saw Snow Patrol there. It was a great show, it is absolutely beautiful too.I also love this picture. I will have to go by the theatre in the daytime now.
