it reads:
Well, we made it to St Augustine & have walked me to death. Long drive home on Saturday but it was (will be) all worth it. Thanks for the place, the fun, the bracelet and the love! We love you & miss ya xxx M & boyz

  7. I love St. Augustine. What a beautiful little place it is. We camped there twice in one trip - going back after going to Orlando because we liked it there so much.

Love the card. The fact that you kept it that long - ya - you're like me Daryl.

  16. Woops.....
I drifted on down your blog reading your posts, forgetting to leave a comment on your postcard today. I made it all the way down to the picture of you, your sister and your mom (giving directions) before I realized it. :-)

I enjoy coming to your blog...always so much to see (and read about).

I have a back door on my garage that is old and seen better days. After seeing the blue mosaic door, I now know what to do with it. :-)

    Have a beautiful weekend.

  17. There's just something about being a mean bitch (woman in tub) and the color pink that doesn't work. We have a blue heeler named Bonnie. She weighed three pounds when she moved it, yet she had every intention of taking over the household and running it to suit herself from day one. We bought her a pink collar, but there was just no use putting pink on a creature that bites. Maybe this is just one man's opinion, but he is a very smart man who hates being bitten by anything in pink. Bonnie now has a black collar, and her bites no longer hurt half so much. Black and the color of blood go together. Pink and the color of blood don't.

  18. I really like the postcard and keeping them. Sometimes I look at the old postcards my mom got and sent. Those were then called "penny" post cards as that is how much they cost to buy and send.

  24. Apparently some people think that keeping ostcards is unusual!!

  25. Unusual? Tell that to the dozen boxes of them on my bookshelf. But this card says it all -- and so nice to look at too!

  26. I like it! Reminds me of one I sent my hubby early in our marriage. Hmmm. I won't describe it here. But you get the picture. I love the sentiment of your friend's note. Sounds like she is a special lady. Happy PFF!
