Ya gotta love the NY subway!
Never a dull moment...
Observation is the majority of good photogrpahy. Fantastic catch.
Fun shot. It has a nice glow about it!
Bonjour !Le bus ressemble beaucoup aux bus français...
I think NY must be fascinating for many reasons. You don't see (I don't think) anyone playing a guitar on our city busses. What fun! Were they any good?
How cool is that?? Great shot, by the way - D
But I love mariachi music! Coming from such a small town, what I think is funny is the complete disinterest on the part of the other passengers!Great shot!
i luv mariachi. probably because of the beautiful spanish guitar. did you see jack black in nacho libre? LOL....he cracked me up..i could watch it a hundred times and not get sick of it.
What a neat thing to do! Maybe they play for their ride instead of paying? hehe Good catch!
Thats EXACTLY what the subway looks like too.. nice!
An Odd place to find mariachi. I always think of at least four with very large guitars.
I love subway shots - took some great ones in Japan. Once I'd worked out how to ride the subway, obviously....
I think that is so cool...what an uplifting way to head to work! But the passengers don't look too happy or is it that this is one of many weird things that happen on the NY subway? ;D
I think I see a third at the end of the car! Actually I think I recognize them LOLand I LOVE the less than enthusiastic look of the passengers - I love NYers!
Well that was nice! I've ridden the Marta train in Atlanta a few times. It was a real adventure for me but strange too. Everyone ignored everyone. My husband told me not to point and not to stare but I couldn't help it. lolThe really shocking thing to me was that the train was real crowded and a young man got up and gave me his seat.
It is always interesting to ride the subway..
How cool is THAT? I always loved taking the Metro in DC to get to work. Watching people was my favorite hobby. But being serenaded!
it would be very nice to be serenaded on my way to work by a live mariachi band....but I guess I'd have to go work in NYC to do that. And to be a nurse in NYC? Umnot sure I have the guts for it
Makes for a fun ride!
Oh, I love mariachi music (inmoderate doses) and want mariachis and bagpipes both at my funeral.
All the passengers look like they are saying to themselves, "Been there, done that, bought the t-shirt."I myself, being from a small town in Canada would be so impressed.Bear((( )))
I love it! Mariachis in New York City...on tsubway, no less, lol. Did you love it or what?
What fun! Although some people look less than thrilled.
How cool!!!Just like in the movies! :-P Hey I have an award for you! xx
Ooh, nice. I like the way it's all blurry as if to capture the movement of the subway!CiaoScarlet xP.S. I've sent you an e-mail and am alerting you in case I get labelled as spam instead of a proper email!
Great shot. I miss the subway! How cool that you were serenaded.
How sweet; it must really brighten up an otherwise dull journey.Giggle sent me.
I love this picture. And you get serenaded on trains? Brill. Carter's birthday looked fun too.
that is so cool. i sometimes do this when i'm driving, but no one is there to hear me and therefore tip me. dang.
Oh that is a great shot! I would love to hear them.Sorry I'm late. Got side-swiped by real life.Just catching up on a couple of buddies before bed!
