its raining as i write this

its a dismal 

sunday

 but 

i can reach back

 to 

friday

 and

 share 

the fire island lighthouse

which

 is

 actually

 at the edge

 of 

robert moses state park

as you can see

 these gulls

 had the beach pretty much to themselves
