A big thank you to Zappos.com for making last weekend one to remember! In just four days, more than 6,200 dogs and cats found loving homes. From Black Friday through Cyber Monday, Zappos.com — the online retailer known for its customer service — helped to bring pets Home for the Pawlidayz by sponsoring the cost of adoption fees for dogs and cats from Best Friends, along with more than 150 of our No More Homeless Pets Network partners. And for every adoption from November 27 through November 30, Zappos donated an additional $150 to Best Friends to help cover the cost of spay/neuter, food, medical care, immunizations, training and more for animals awaiting homes. Now that’s the holiday spirit!
Our furry and feathered friends are getting into the holiday spirit, so we asked what they’d like to receive for the holidays. And aside from the obvious belly rubs and back scratches, they gave us an earful! You can find out what would brighten their world by checking out their Amazon wish lists. From teddy bears to dog treats, there’s something for everyone.
