what a delight

have
4 whole days off
i could get used to this
we had some rain
it was nice enough
to
only rain
in the late afternoon/evening
it really did storm for a while
the streets got clean
toonman always says
the rain is good because it cleans the streets
now
its a lovely
not humid
sun filled
weekend
the sort of warm sun
that makes me
feel
lazy
sleepy
even tho
i slept late
despite the cats
sweet jack
is the instigator
he really doesn't like anyone
to
sleep past 7:30
he comes
up on the bed
insistently
walking between us
sometimes
poking with his nose
or
to make his point
jumping
on my tummy
he knows that works best
i can beat him at his own game
by
shutting the bedroom door
and
do
sometimes
i am so glad
i have today
(sunday tho i am writing this on saturday)
off
to
get my head
back
into work mode
i hope
