happy cinco de mayo!

  1. oOoo, they're gorgeous. All the plants and trees are late this year, here. It's May, and a lot of the trees are still bare. The tulips are just beginning to bloom. My walnut tree doesn't even have buds, yet...I'm hoping it survived the winter.

  2. Nice photo,
We are having smoked turkey enchiladas tonight for Cinco de Mayo.

  3. Oh, they are perfect! (sigh). It is so nice to see colors again. Thank you.

  4. They're gorgeous. We're still waiting for tulips to blossom here. It'll be a late season for our tulip festival.

  5. And we're being picked up at the Vancouver airport by my Mexican brother Roberto (born Robert Edward Davies, raised in Baja by our adventuresome parents) and then off for another cruise on the Danube. Poor old us.
The dog is looking suspicious, and I am exhausted, but my things are packed. Whew.
We'll have wi-fi while we're gone but I don't know how good it will be while aboard ship. Should be fine tomorrow night and the next in Budapest.
Love your tulips. Mine are up but far from blooming. Take care.

  6. I love that dimensional photo!

  7. Very pretty. Some flowers are starting to pop up around here slowly but surely. We still have snow pack along some trails. Hurry up spring or maybe summer at this rate.

  8. I was beginning to think that spring would never come.

  9. Beautiful photo and words!
    The colors are amazing...
