 fridays
 that was sort of
 about the game
 its been produced
 in 
regional theaters 
across 
the country

 after
 many years
 of
 friday night games 
bill and his wife
 built a country house
 since
 bill's the host 
the game
 moved
 to
 thursday nights

 i dont remember
 when
 the game
 moved
 to
 wednesday nights

 it confuses 
me
 no end

 for years
 i met girl friends for dinner on thursdays
 or
 spoke to my chicago friend mags on thursdays

 this wednesday night
 thing
 i am
 not 
used
 to
 it
 at
 all

 anyway
its
 wednesday night
 he's
 gone
 downstairs

 they play
 in
 a room
 in
 the basement

 i am trying
 to 
come up
with
 a blog post
 but
 nothings
 stirring
 in the creative pot
 so
 i will leave you
 with

  1. My Dad used to play poker weekly and Mom played bridge monthly. It always intrigued me. I'm not much of a card player and horse races is the only thing I like to bet on except the people watching is what I go for.

  2. Oh god, about as complicated as it gets around here is the occasional spaghetti bol on Thursday nights. I was just thinking that I haven't posted since the weekend. Barely even picked up my camera except for a little instagram silliness. Such an uninspiring week. Dreary and raining and leaden. Blah.
