construction zone

a somewhat late
 start
 this day

 I was thinking
 always a dangerous thing
 about
 having
 two blogs
(you didnt know I had two blogs?)

 Why
couldnt I
 just
combine
them

aside from photos taken while traveling
all
my
 photos
are
taken
 here
 in
New York

 so
I wouldnt have to drop out of the City Daily Photo group

Toonsday
 would
still
 be
 Toonsday

 I think
 I am liking
 writing
 more
 as the posts go
 by

 but
 sleeping on it
 didnt work

 I dreamt
 of
 other things
 like
getting my hair washed and dried
going to Trader Joe's early this morning
 and
 of course
still making it to my beautification appointment
 on time
 I hate being late

 so that said
 I gotta get moving here
 lots to do
 maybe
 even
 another walk

 yesterday
we did a variation on the long loop
 it was lovely out
 today
 is supposed
 to be the same

so see ya later!

  1. These are like pretty paintings.
If it's less grunt work to combine both blogs, that might help free you up to do more important things.

  2. Daryl, glad you're getting some nice weather. Hope your day is going well. I had a late start today too! Bit lazy I think!
It's gloomy and blustery on this coast. Quite a bit of rain. But it's 10 degrees C mild.

  5. Especially love that first photo. I have to go to the hairdresser's this week...having guests on Sunday for a belated Thanksgiving. It's not a holiday here, of course, so I do it on the weekend.

  6. I had to laugh at the first photo as we have a big rivalry between the Orange (Oklahoma State University) and the Red (University of Oklahoma)

I think keeping two blogs going would be tough. I have a tumblr blog but it is pure photos from the archive, more like facebook than a blog.

  7. The cone in the first shot looks like it's been in the construction business a little too long haha! I wonder where old cones go to retire!! Honestly Daryl I take my hat off to you, I don't think i could manage two blogs and work at the same time!

  9. Like the traffic cones -- good colors and effects. Our Trader Joe's just opened, but I've been there twice already.
