  2. We got another 6 weeks to go before Fall clothes here. We often have Thanksgiving out on the patio.

  3. My must have for fall (because we don't get a "true" fall season here) is pumpkin spice candles. If I can't feel or see fall, I at least want to be able to smell it!!!
p.s. it was over 100 today...in the shade!...I was very close to crying

  6. Oh my goodness, the candy store (Barney's)!!!

I've fallen in love with almost every pair of fall boots I've seen. For me, the best thing about fall, is boots.
Have to give the waxed leggings a look. I've seen a lot of waxed jeans in bright colors, and noooooooo.

Okay, so what did you pick up (other than the leggings)?

Nosy bloggers want to know!! :-) :-)

  9. Did you buy the black waxed leggings/jeans? I'm curious about them and how they feel to wear.

  10. Windows open. A/C off. Hot flashes easier to deal with. Yeah, I'll take fall.

  12. LOL I can practically hear you hyperventilating there, darlin'. Fall clothes are my favorites, especially big, soft sweaters. And I really do need a new coat.

Fall officially starts at our house with the first pumpkin pie, which happened the last week of August as a send-off for my son going back to college. He looks forward all year to that pie; it takes the sting out of losing watermelon, which is his true summer love.

    (OOps. Sorry for the delete.)

  19. I must Google 'waxed leggings' haven't heard of them Daryl..surely you must be looking forward to cooler weather after the long hot summer? I'm already starting to dread ours! I'm a big fan of the vintage dress, with boots and jumper for cooler weather or flats for summer.
