these

to the
musicians
who
defy the law
playing
classical music
under
the Mintin tiles
that cover the ceiling and walls
of
the
Bethesda Arcade
(read about it here)
which
leads to the
Bethesda Fountain
in
Central Park
Classical music trumps here!
ReplyDeleteI think that kind of law-defying is ok.

Cool pic. I have pictures of our visit there a few years ago. Such fun and beautiful!
ReplyDeleteClassical music playing law breakers? There's a clever name just waiting to be thought up...all I have at the moment is the Felony Melody Trio, they're both felonious and melodious. There's a better one in my data bank that a coffee-less brain can't pull up at the moment.
ReplyDeleteWow, I never knew about the arcade. Now I have to put that on my list of places to visit. Love the bikes!
ReplyDeleteLove classical and wonder what the owner of the blue bike plays? To a different tune?
ReplyDeletelong may they play!
ReplyDeleteI love the walls
We do love a good bike shot don't we! :)

Left there for a quick gettaway? ;)
ReplyDeleteDaryl, so they have their bikes nearby so they can make a quick get away when the coppers come by!
ReplyDeleteLove those rule-breakers!
ReplyDeleteWhat a neat shot this is, Daryl.
ReplyDeleteI just love the shots you come up with!
lovely! and i can't imagine WHY the playing of classical music would be illegal. neil diamond yes, classical, no.
ReplyDeleteGood on them Daryl, wonder what the acoustics are like down there? The arcade itself is just fabulous, amazing to find something like that in the park.
