Clever is the vendor 

who shows how to use an item 

I am not sure what these were meant to hold 

but 

showing them as potential organizers for 

scissors, 

markers, 

plastic and silverware

 is a clever move  

Anyone 

who has worked in marketing 

or 

advertising 

will tell you 

buyers 

need to be shown 

what an item does/cando 

so they realize 

they need it

The vendor here is the same as the one selling the buddhas
