you slay meI wish I could camp out and march like I did in the younger days but alas the activist in me needs a walkermy son and all the CWA workers are still waiting for a new contract
snort...Fair weather protester, eh?;-D
I've been saying for some time now that it will be the turning point, one way or another, for the protesters when the first snows hit. If the numbers remain or grow, it will reach a national tipping point soon thereafter. If they decrease, it will likely be over. We'll see.
Ah, the true spirit comes out!
Yes, unfortunately weather does have an effect on protesters. Let's just see.
earmuffs, stocking cap, fur-lined gloves, Patagonia parka , lots of blankies and a few hot toddies..I am a child of the 60's. We could really protest.. Yep, I inhaled.
I'm still chortling over Dianne's "the activist in me needs a walker" comment. Oh, that's rich.
the chillier the better..
If Ray needs a pinch hitter, I'm all broken in, what with standing in cold, freezing, horizontal rain for hours on end at cross country meets.
true. . . we wanna be there!
It's getting cooler here tonight...about a 30 degree drop, so we are also waiting to see what will happen. I don't do COLD.
