Sybil just rolled over with her battery compartment exposed! This is awesome!!
one word, Exquisite!& just a few more, sorry, I can't help it! You are certainly working that camera girlfriend!
He's waiting for someone to put some water in that birdbath. Great photo.
That's a beauty of a shot. They're pretty birds in different lighting. Dumb as a post.. but pretty.
I love mourning doves. Hunting them has been illegal here for about a century, but recently they were trying to repeal the ban. I find the very idea of hunting these harmless and gentle birds to be the height of human arrogance and idiocy. Your photograph is beautiful, Daryl.
Great capture...Love the contrast in colors with the basin..
Pretty bird and pretty perch. Still can't believe we missed that trip.
Their mournful sound always reminds me of my grandmother's house when I was a child. Lovely photo.
the bird.. he is waiting for me.. i was going to bring him bread crumbs and now he is sad that I didn't and all of that..
everything about this is so perfectthe blue backgroundthe weathered bird bathand the serene look on the dove's face

I love everything about this photo from the bird to the peeling paint on the urn. I hope you frame this one.
I like the site you sent me. The photos have lots of energy. Thanks!
All I see is innocence. Beautiful!
So pretty on the edge of that worn pot.
Exquisite clarity! Was this with Kate's lens?
Great shot of the mourning dove. I am very fond of theme. They are so much fun to watch walking around in my garden.
Superb photo...nice and sharp.
I have not been able to get over the sheer size of the doves this year. They are so fat it's hard to believe they can still fly....
Simple, uncluttered photo - beautiful.
That is incredible. The bird is so serene.
Miscellany delights!Aloha, Dear DarComfort Spiral
I liked this shot the first time I saw it. It's wonderful, Daryl.
Okay - I usually hate birds - pigeons, in particular, but that's cute!!
That's just glorious!
A beautiful shot Daryl, so pretty.
A fine image, Daryl. «Louis» noted that 'dedelstein' signed off on it, too!

Suuuure. Rub it in that you get to pop over and see Lauren any old time you please. I'm not jealous. Not one little bit. :)
I love mourning doves and watching them "mother" their eggs - so sweet
