Moody looking sky. Love the starkness of the bare trees. Talk is that we're in for some weather here over the next couple of days. Oh boy. You haven't seen insanity like Raleigh, NC when the forecast calls for snow. *cringe* It doesn't have to actually snow, just threaten to.
Lunacy. Pure lunacy. Could be some good photos to be had though.
howdy there... i can see the snow falling...chuckle, chuckle. we had a few flurries yesterday, nothing significant though. another storm incoming tomorrow late into saturday. hoping for little to nothing myself. have a fab weekend. you've 2 weeks until the ladies arrive :)
If I didn't know better, I'd say that tree is starting to bud already!
You sure caught the gray moodiness of the city on a gray winter's day! Very well done, Daryl.
Ah...just one thing: You might want to change your "avatar" or photo up on the right of your blog. In the photo you're shooting something other than a Nikon D90! ;-)
Great shot and I had to laugh because I was thinking how did she catch the snow falling and keep it falling until I remembered the snow animation, duh.
love your sky shot Daryl...seems ages since I have been here...sorry about that. Don't know what I have been doing...but I did tell CBW that if you had lost your sciatica, I have found it, and have it here!!
Thanks for stopping by and for taking the time to comment. It is appreciated. Blogger can sometimes be rude but I try hard not to be. I think anyone who leaves a comment deserves a personal reply.
I reply to everyone I can by hitting reply to the comment feed in my email. Unfortunately, sometimes it just comes up noreply-comment@blogger.com.
You can fix that .. go to the comments section of your blog and attach your email to your posts.

ReplyDeleteThat tree is so lovely and delicate looking against the sky.
ReplyDeletePretty! I'm inspired, now, to photograph our snow tomorrow. Here's hoping we actually get snow, and not just the ice that's falling right now. :)

ReplyDeleteleaves are brown,
and the sky
is a hazy shade of winter...
Love the perspective. The snow effect is perfect too.
ReplyDeleteYeah. Absolutely perfect. I love the way you look up. The angles you take capture what is awesome about your city. Every time.
