  1. Oh, I like this shot a lot. The gray sky compliments the dark trees. Beautiful capture and one can feel the cold. I like the fresh snow clinging to the trees too. Very nice.

  6. Lovely view, the towers have a subtle warm look to them in contrast to the trees with ice.

  8. Looks like a winter wonderland to me. It makes me think of the Home Alone that was set at the Ritz hotel (I think it was the Ritz).

Snow is forecast here for Saturday morning. What a hoot. I've still got begonias blooming on the porch. It probably won't do anything. If it does snow it won't stick because the ground is too warm. We don't have winter wonderland scenes very often so we love it when we do.

  11. That's a beautiful winter scene. I've been looking through snow shots from last winter for a new header soon. I'm not waiting for it to snow this year because it's so hit and miss whether we'll get a pretty snow where I live.

  29. That could easily be a shot I take today.

Storm warnings are in effect for the next 3 days for all of Alberta.

Oh yeah. New Orleans? Why oh why am I not there now?
