Daryl, this is beautiful! So much awesome colour! It's a really wonderful building and a great capture. Thank you for sharing!
gah-geous...
Fabulous building.
That is amazing! I have never seen anything like that before.
Just beautiful. This one is a treasure.
Cool tile work!
What a beautiful building! The colors are amazing and it gives such character to that school. Really special.
Didn't mean school, meant building. I have school on the brain today because I am still home sick. I need to go back to work.
Beautiful mosiac... never spell that right... but you know what I mean.
Omigoodness! Daryl, that's a gorgeous mosaic!
If only more buildings were as nice to look at. What great mosaic tile work.
This is the sort of photo I could stare at all day long and get lost in the lines, colors and shapes. Love it.
the colors are lovelyI imagine the studios inside must be astounding!!
I love tromping around NY with you! Thanks for this one.

An interesting facade. I would be standing there all day ...camera in hand of course.
Wow. How have I always missed that????
Wow! That is some mosaic! My arms would be in casts after doing work like that...
Very cool building.By the way, MY WIFE is in Brooklyn for the next couple of days, so if you see someone during your travels that looks like MY WIFE? It might be her :-)
I love that tile work. Fantastic.
Love those tiles. Thanks also for the link; what an interesting history.
I wouldn't mind a little studio apt. there!
I love mosaics and it's unusual to see them on the outside of a building.
It's a beautiful building and I loved reading the history. Thanks for posting the link!

I love it!! I am a huge fan of tiles!<><
Love the tiling on that building.. how cool is that!
Very interesting. And artsy. Thanks also for the link! Do you know anyone who lives there?
Sweet capture! I love mosaic work partly because I'd never have the patience to do it, but mostly because you can stare at it for hours and it always gives you something new to look at.
I love those pattens and colors -- and just the sort of thing I'd walk past and not notice. Thanks for the close-up!
Really interesting contrasts.
Beautiful. I think I might not mind living there for a while. I'm SURE I could afford it! (So just kidding!)
