  3. Wow, Daryl. The things you see look so fine to me.

I didn't mean to rhyme, but it's about time.

Stop! Darnit! I sound like my husband with the rhyming!

  4. Perfect silhouette.
They have a grandstand seat to observe the goings on in the park.

  5. Too grand Daryl!

The one in the middle looks a bit lonely.

  6. Every time I see a scene like this I flash on the vultures in the animated "Jungle Book". Looks like you and Carver had similar thoughts this week. And I love 'em both!

  15. I love the straight line of their perch combined with the curvy lines of the decorative stuff, which sort of matches the curves of the birds. Sort of.

No hallucinogenic drugs were used in the making of this comment.

Gorgeous picture and looks wonderful in monochrome.

  16. Oh, I really like the one on the far right, the one hanging upside down, like a bat. :) What? not a pigeon? I think it is , with it's wings folded up like a bat, yep, I'm pretty sure, just let me get one more glass of vino... xoxo

  21. Rock Doves sounds more upscale.

My neighbour raised Pidges and they would fly in circles and crap on our cars and all over our houses every night...
until he finally ate them all..
    and got re-married :)

  24. That may be the best picture of pigeons I've ever seen. They normally (to me) seem so bulky and indelicate. They almost look like love birds there.
