Back in the States, our youngest had an iguana who liked to sleep on top of the monitor. One fine day he got too relaxed up there: Puff, went the monitor! ;-)

  2. Uhhh.... Yeah. Had that before with Trouble. I had another cat that played the piano. I swear. They like to let you know what they think of your hobby in subtle little ways like that. Ayup.

  4. Ha ha! Miss Moo likes to run interference. That is, she will sprawl across my lap and left arm, effectively interfering with any effort at typing...

  8. That's cats for you! And they get SO insulted if you try to get on with your work.

  9. This is why I have a dog.

BTW, if you're trying to open a link in a new window/tab, you'll have to go "under the hood" to do it (unless Blogger's new editor has an option for it -- which apparently doesn't work). It's not hard, but you have to add an attribute to the link tag (target="_blank") that the Compose editor doesn't put in. Or you can just leave it alone... it's just a back button/backspace to get back to the page.

  16. Heehee!!

When my kitty was a kitten, she used to sleep on the mouse pad while I worked on the computer. Now, she sleeps in the middle of my dog's bed....he's not happy, but I get a lot more done!!!

  20. Computer cats can create constant commotion constantly causing computer controllers to create caustic cartoons re: computer cats.

    But I like the cartoon!

  21. The only time my cat wants to use the computer is when I'm using it!

  22. If it isn't the computer, it's a newspaper - the very one you want to read. They demand to be acknowledged and will not put up with any foolishness from their humans.

    Great cartoon, Hubby of Daryl.

  23. That's funny. Then there's the "alarm clock" that says hey get off my keyboard if you do that for too long. We're all doomed if we play to long and too hard on the keyboard in our sleep.

  24. oh the travails of being human! if only we could relax like our beloved pets do...
    thanks for another funny one!

  26. Looks like my cat Zoe was at your house. She is forever walking across the keyboard or sitting so close to it her large butt pushes down on some of the keys and the screen just goes wild. Love her anyway. Jeanne
