    Looks like it might have had some scary weather with it, but probably not as bad as it would be if I saw that in the Midwest. LOVE IT!

  9. Daryl!!!! Those are mamatus clouds. Our absolute favorite kind and we don't get to see them THAT well formed very often. What a FABULOUS photo!! The Wild Man is our resident meterologist. He'll be impressed, too. :)

  14. so cool! I remember the sky last Friday, it was "other worldly". It also seemed like it marked the turning point in our summer weather. I know its still raining, but at least it's sunny & hot in between the raindrops.
