  3. It's always terribly sad when a beloved pet dies. I feel for your friends and understand their pain. I think many of us have been there, have we not?

  6. not a good week for dogs, it seems, a friend of mine just lost THREE of his dogs, tragically (they ate something).
Ben was beautiful. I am sure he is chasing squirrels in Dog Nirvana right now

  10. Pets leave paw prints on our hearts. I know the pain they are feeling and will feel for a long time. He was a cute looking dog. I still can't get another dog and cry all the time.

  11. What a sweetheart. Pets like Ben are not just animals...but become so much a part of a family. The loss of one of them is, in fact, to lose part of that family.

  14. What a lovely dog. Am so sorry to hear this. 14, of course, is a good age for a dog but I know it doesn't help his owners.

  15. Aw, look at him with his ball, what a cutie.

Having just lost my own Molly five days ago, I know very well how difficult it is to lose a furry family member. My sympathy to your friend(s).

  27. He looks like a spectacular dog, and one that must have brought a great deal of joy to his people. the only problem with dogs is that they don't live near long enough.

Good journey Ben, and say hi to all my doggy pals up there.
