Nice peek at the sky between the buildings.
just so peaceful.... for the city
I love your morning shots. The silhouettes of the buildings are beautiful. Do I see vegetation on the top of the right-hand roof?
Love it. As usual.
Very nice, Daryl! This image has a fine autumnal feel to it.
Cool shot -- thanks for showing us NYC...
Your sky today is stunning. And the automobile lights below are amazingly beautiful too.
Clouds are a photographers best friends aren't they? =)

What a BEAUTIFUL photo DaryL !
Wow, I love it! Makes me want to visit the city. Well almost.
Nice pic! I love that the lower part is still night with the sparkling lights while above the dawn light comes creeping in to claim back the city from the mysteries of the night.
Only you could make the city buildings and street look like a mountain and valley. Gorgeous!
That just astounds me... you have a wonderful eye for dramatic shots... I look at those buildings and I have to laugh - I've never been higher than the 6th floor in my entire life... lol
Beautiful shot. I love the way you can see the car lights as well as the sky.
I do NOT like how dark the sky is at 6:07am! But it's a great photo.
lOOK AT THOSE PINKS EASIN ON DOWN --
Very dramatic photo. Out here in the wilds of northern Illinois, we don't see scenery like that.Marnie
Even the clouds have turned pink for October!
Daryl: What a neat look up through the building lined street.
Daryl,What a unique view... one I never see out here in the burbs! Thanks for sharing... great shot!

Getting harder to get those morning shots now isn't it? Pretty soon you're gonna have to get a night vision lens!
That looks so eerie, the brightening sky and the dark street!
Nice sky and a great photo.Love the early morning tinge of pink in the clouds and the headlights of the cars down in the canyon between the buildings.Well done. Thanks for the visit,Troy and Martha
ditto, ditto, ditto. All kidding aside, this is a wonderful shot. I love the shots from all over the world, we live in different places, but see the same sky.
My goodness, what a deep, deep canyon! How modest the cars look in that cityscape!
It's amazing how the buildings block out the sky...I can never imagine a tornado in New York City...it just won't come to my imagination...great shotsSandipswanted to say thanks for stopping by to see me and read my pepper story...and the great comment you left...

How cozy that looks. One of these days I'll have to get a shot of my wide-open Oklahoma sky.
Glad I have my sweater on. This is just wonderful and will make great wallpaper. :)
