What "swapper" ???
Like I told Mielikki; I keep my books! It would feel so wrong for me to swap books I don't like! If I knew I would get the books back, I'd totally swap. :)
Can I swap other people's books that I've borrowed and don't like?
What a great idea! You may have started something really BIG with this!! Heh!You know what, though? I would think the person seeking to borrow or obtain the book would pay the postage - but maybe that is a hassle for obvious reasons and maybe the idea is people who borrow will also be sending books out so it evens out.Great idea! I have a LOT of books so I will see about getting into this, too!! Since coming back to the house I have taken a lot of books to Goodwill or to the local library for its book sales.Take care... and yes, my two week or so retirement from blogging lasted all of 10 hours! Heh!! Oh well..!!
Great idea. There is only one I am after at the minute and I am waiting to see if it has arrived from the (second) place the bookshop ordered it. If they give me my money back, I'll be asking to borrow.I have loads of books so I might put some on the site, but I am like sybil and a bit "precious" about my books. I'll see. I have some I wouldn't mind lending out, it's just getting the descriptions done etc. I am struggling to blog "normally" or get round folks at the moment never mind anything else!
I like the idea of this. There are many online bookswaps websites, but not so much blogs. 'll be keeoing an eye in this. My problem is I collect books.
have you been taking photo's of my bedroom? i have a stack just like that chez moi...
I think I've already passed on all except those I can't bare to part with, but others will come my way in the future no doubt, and then I can send them on to you. Trading books back and forth is a great idea. I wish you success with it.
Thank you very much for sharing. I really enjoy reading your blogs and Hoping for more updates soon.
apologies for the word verification but a lot of spam has been happening ...
