this past weekend

 i spent saturday 

on/in 

a 

'me' day

massage

facial

wash/blow dry

mani/pedi

a lovely time

just me myself and i

indulging

i get off the crosstown bus on 79th

 just past fifth avenue

the walk along east 79th

 is lined with grand old mansions

some filled with art galleries

but 

this one 

with 

massive display of flowers

is the greek embassy

interesting to me

is the fact that

the greek people are having financial issues

these floral displays

seem wrong
