earth day
was this past friday
a day that was incredibly
overcast
dreary
rainy
i was uptown
decided
a walk was in order
a friend told me about
the community garden
in
the middle of the block
between
90-91 streets
between
amsterdam and columbus
hundreds
maybe
thousands
of
tulip bulbs planted
blooming now
so many varieties
so many colors
too bad
the rain
knocked
a lot of petals off
i wasnt the only one taking photos
