last dog of 2016
i spotted this guy back in early december
the one snowy day we had
he was licking his paw
he's licking the salt off his paws
a sight like that really bugs me
if the dog's owner been present
i would have said something
stores and residences
salt the sidewalks
to
keep ice from forming
when the snow begins to melt
from rising temps
ice forms as soon as the temps drop
dangerous for pedestrians
worse for animals
grrrrrrr
