an hour or two before the ships came into view

the met life blimp hovered over the statue of liberty

as they approached

even with a 300mm lens 

the ships looked very small from the 43rd floor

the coast guard led the way

flag proudly flying

there were several smaller ships

preceding the star of the show

the aircraft carrier
