fleet week, no, not really

last week was fleet week

 i got to see the parade of ships

 up the hudson

 i missed the thunderbird fly over 

but

 hey you cant have everything 

i think this is a sweet shot

a lovely old masted schooner 

being guided out into the harbor 

by several modern tugboats

behind it is governors island
