Oh, and how happy I am to have those political ads gone! (However, I did click by "Hannity" on Faux Noise tonight--thinking that he should be happy he has a platform for his paranoia and hatred for another four years!)
Yes, yes, gone, gone. I am, however, disappointed to see some raving Romney ads still on one photo blogger's blog....along with their post. Just won't let it go....
Best to quit those ads cold turkey, lots better than tapering off
The political adds have been replaced with a sex scandal.
I'm so relieved, but Mr. BFR is in withdrawal.
I agree here on this one Glad the ads and phone calls have stopped. Just love this cartoon, is this done by your husband? Really fabulous and hoping we have a good Tuesday this week. I have dentist appt. tomorrow in the am, never look forward to those things.
I know! It's like something's missing from my life! That I hated. A lot.
Having withdrawal symptoms from not seeing political ads is just not right! LOL
Oh but it's been such a relief, Toonman!!Of course now the "mystery" of Gen. Petraeus is being unraveled.I'm sure that will be around for a while. :-(
Isn't it fabulous! But there's still a lot of hating going on on FaceCrack...
And I am so thankful it's done! Lauren's right, but I'm ignoring all the hate and bickering. I'm sure she is too :)Heard someone went out for a walk? Yay! You go Toonman!
It must be bliss, it really got quite frenetic there! Enjoy the peace, don't you have another scandal looming?
Some of the nasty Obama bashing that is now making headlines makes me prefer the political ads! I can't believe how unrespectful many people are! I don't think they should be given any time on tv....Rant over:)
Yup. We've been so used to having every commercial break filled from wall-to-wall with them that it actually shocked me when we hit the first commercial break in "Jeopardy" the other night and we didn't hear "I'm (fill in the blank) and I approve this message."
I know how he feels. I like that they're gone but my day seems somehow empty without them. Of course there's always those before Thanksgiving Christmas ads.
humm.. must be my face book settings, I don't get any political stuff at all.

Yes, they're off TV but people are still at it on FB.
They were one bad habit I was glad to kick. And yes, they are on FB but I learned how to hide all those that made my head spin and I've left them hidden!!!V
Agree with some others ...they just can't stop on Facebook
