is the glass
 half full or half empty?
do you see
rain clouds or a silver lining?
life is about choices
not long ago
 I learned
no choice was indeed a choice
fence sitting
should come
with
 'no butts here'
signage

those leaves?

they're floating in a puddle
that muck
they seem to be laying on
wait
 here comes a choice
is it
laying or lying?

actually
that's
silt
mud
 gunk
 from
 a
 renovation
construction

special weekend plans?
or
just hanging out?
(just hanging out ..  still takes planning)

  5. When I first looked at the photo I wondered how those leaves got so close to seafoam:) My glass is always half full! I'm also the person who looks for the pony in the pile of poo...

  6. I am definitely a glass half full kind of person and I will need that attitude this weekend when I go to my husbands 50th high school reunion. Who goes to those things??!!

  7. No doubt, it's rain clouds here today, and sooooo cold!!
In general, I think I'm a glass half full person. Probably too much so sometimes.

Weekend plans? Hint... I gave an exam today, and mid-term grades are due on Monday. :-(

  8. I almost always see the negative but force myself to focus on the positive, so I guess I see both but ignore the negative.

Napping. As much as humanly possible without changing my identity to Rip Van Winkle.

  9. Mud or gunk, I love the colors here. The weekend...not enough free time to enjoy anything. Ugh...hate this type of weekend. I need to get acquainted with 'me time' soon! Happy weekend!

  12. Such a pensive post. As one who is in the "no choice" choice mode at the moment, I can relate to being stuck in the mud.

The glass half full - AND half empty.

Hope you have a great weekend!
