wonder wheel wednesday

Of all the attractions
at
 Coney Island

including
the
fried oreos

and
 all
of
Nathan's fare

my
favorite
is
the
Wonder Wheel

it
 towers over
 everything
except
the now defunct
Parchute Ride

 I love
everything
about the
Wonder Wheel
the colors,
the flag,
that it lights up at night,
the trams
that dont
just go
round and round
but
swing in and out

no
I didnt ride it
I am terrified
of
heights

terrified

Nevertheless
adore
the
Wonder Wheel

I'm going
to
bore
you
with
almost all
the
photos
I took
of
it

thanks for spending time on the ground with me!

  10. I prefer to look at rides rather than ride rides.
I have a motion issue..let's say you would not want to be in the car below me. lol

  16. It is easy to see why you are fascinated with the WonderWheel. It is neat to look at with all the pieces and parts and colors.

  18. The Wonder Wheel is truly cool. Did you ever see the film "Remo Williams - The Adventure Begins"? Made in the 1980's, action-adventure flick that was meant to be the start of a franchise, but never went past the first fairly-entertaining-if-somewhat-stupid first entry. Anyway, the Wonder Wheel plays a huge part in one scene, with Remo trying to get away from thugs looking to kill him, all of the action taking place on it during a winter day. Lots of fun to see if you like it!

  24. You lied. You said you were going to bore me and instead you showed me wonderful images. I'd be tempted to ride it even though I'm afraid of heights, also. It's a beauty.

  26. LOVE the Wonder Wheel...the colors are way cool, and looks like enough coverage for me..and a little bit slower. But, alas...I don't ride Ferris Wheels either. But, they ARE fun to watch =)
