  2. Yum..I love applesauce cake, bundt or not. Remember the lines from 'My Big Fat greek Wedding' when the Greek mother received a bundt cake from her soon-to-be son-in-law's mother? (There's a hole in this cake.)

  3. Yes, I too am reminded of the Big Fat Greek Wedding scene culminating with the Bundt Cake and the potted plant placed in the hole. Hilarious.

  12. My grandmother was a big fan of applesauce cake. On occasion, I will substitute applesauce for half the amount of water called for in a recipe...yummy!

WV: floted - I went to Bud's Beach and floted the day away:)

  13. On a diet here... stop showing that luscious cake... grrrrr

Actually, I have a wonderful recipe for a pistachio pudding bundt cake that's pretty darn fabulous too. And then you drizzle Hershey's Special Dark Syrup on top. GAH.... somebody stop me!!

  16. Oh man, lucky you! I'm jealous. ;-)

I know zero about it, but my other photographer friends say that photographing food is difficult to do well. Once again, Daryl rocks. (feel free to strut)

PS--have I mentioned that I am SO pleased you went to pop up comment format? Now I can just go right down the line and catch all the posts I have missed and comment. Cool beans!
