Meeting Authorblog

in the midst of a very short visit to NYC
DenMom aka AuthorBlog aka David McMahon
found time to meet me (I snuck out of the office)
and
give me this hug
his lovely elder daughter Leanne
took this with my little point & shoot
Meeting the McMahon clan was lovely
but too short a visit,
they were between touristy things
like
the Circle Line short tour
and
the Hop On Hop Office Double Decker Bus

  4. That is SOOOOOOOOO excellent. David is one of the legends of this here blogging universe, and one magnificently nice guy to boot.

(I've never met him - I wish! - but he did me many favors, and I probably have half of those readers I now have as a direct result of his aid.)

  8. Daryl, I am not kidding or exaggerating when I saw this is my favoritest "on the m104" photo ever.

(Of course there are favorites of photos you took, but this photo really speaks volumes, and it's all good.)

  12. Yeehaw! An Authorblog sighting!!!! I miss him. If he comes this way, I will show him my mountain. But he would have to hurry, as we are going to be off to the UK soon where we will hike in Scotland and visit both Imac in England and Liz in Wales.

  24. This was one of the major highlights of the NYC trip. Can't believe it was almost a fortnight ago.

And yes, I do apologise for the four-day stubble!

Your city is amazing. It is a visual treat. And it was wonderful to finally meet you - thank you so much for making the time to greet us all.

So many terrific comments, too, from wonderful bloggers who are such familiar faces from my (very happy) time in BlogLand.

It would be great to meet you ALL!
