East at west....silly tourists :)Aloha from Hawaii DarComfort Spiral
been there, done that :)
I've always wanted to see NYC. I wonder if I would ride that bus around if I did come. Hmmmm.....
actually I wouldn't mind riding atop that bus watching NY pass by no matter which way it turned and I also loved your last post - the photo was just fabulous xxo
I always wondered what it would be like to take a tour in one. I should try it.
I'll bet they read about the red bus tour -:)
Good one. Sydney - City and Suburbs
I hope to be on one of them in November!
I think this is perfect for theme day. I would never have thought about it.I chose a picture I took 55 years ago of my Patty wearing a red dress. On April Fool's Day, April 1, 1955. I gave her a diamond engagement ring, and today, April 1, 2010 is my entry for theme day on my Brookville Daily Photo blog.
I took a Manhattan/Brooklyn By Night tour and it was great!!!!
I never saw the point of the bus tours, but then again, I'm a NYC on foot kinda person.
fantastic shot! I love the angle of the bus the red is wonderful in contrast with the bare trees and the buildings
I love this photo. A bus tour can be appropriate and fun - depending on what city you are visiting. Some are better explored on foot.
Great shot for today's theme !
Just guessing that West 72nd is one way? Going west? The driver was probably blinded by the arrest-me red of the bus. Yeah, that must be it.
Looks like a perfect day to see the sights.
We should do that one of these days...
Great capture. It seems M+M's are advertising everyplace these days.
I knew you'd have a good one. Thanks for keeping me on track. Now what's May's? I've gone looking and of course can't find it. Maybe it's not been voted on? So is spring creeping up on the Big Apple?V
We had a great time hopping on and off those buses while in NY. Great way to see the city!
As much as I don't like appearing like the tourist that I still am, I think I may have to hop on one of those tomorrow while my friend is at work and I get to play with his dslr all day. I think it'll give the opp for some nice sidewalk and storefront shots as well as give me a visual overview so that I can discover which areas of manhattan I'd really like to explore on foot.Any suggestions of where to grab a quick bite on the go in the city?
Wonderful photograph, Daryl! I love M&M's. I secretly bootleg the red ones!
oop! Someone has a red face. I wonder if the driver was a tourist as well.
I would probably do that tour!
Looks like they're having a great time!
The big news here is that 'dedelstein' is located in Times Square!
Ah, spring...time to go topless in New York!
I want to be a tourist!<><
