  1. I love the idea of posting signs of the times. Great shot and of course you shot that on the high line. I guessed before I saw the labels to confirm. I hope you have a great weekend.

  2. What a great concept! Of course if you wander off the path you may find yourself the hunted, right?

  6. On the Hi Line.

I wonder if the sign refers to flora or hoooman beings?

    Nice shot!

I agree with your comment re: old houses!

  10. Daryl--I think you should do a random generator thing-y. Give all those pouters a chance;)

  11. I know you have been to the High Line as of late but I'll guess Central Park just in case this is a trick question.

  13. I'm taking my first answer back and guessing again....The High Line? The idea of turning unused railroad tracks into a beautiful oasis is fantastic.

  14. Well, Daryl, you've introduced me to something I knew nothing about: the High Line. I gotta go visit... Great shot and an excellent meme! I love your new header! :)

  19. A sentiment we reinforce regularly in the national park, where it is expressed as "Don't be a Meadow Stomper."

  20. Well obviously it's the Freedom Institute on Madison. What? Was that a non PC joke?

  21. Love the raindrops on the sign. More from the high-rise wilderness I presume.

  22. What a cool idea! And of course, you have probably the most target rich environment anywhere in the USA for the theme too... (I'd say "in the world", but Tokyo might give NYC a run.) And knowing your fondness for signage, it's a natural!

Hmm... You've given me an(other) idea. Maybe I should start a regular fireworks thing. That's probably the only way I'll ever use all these shots.

That's one of the things I love about your place Daryl. There's always something different going on here.
